    U.S. Department of the Treasury, Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Washington, D.C. Souvenir Card. B58.  ESPAMER '82 San Juan, Puerto Rico, October 12 - 17, 1982.  The card reproduces Scott #244 Isabella-Columbus issue "in their original carmine color," Block of Four. "Puerto Rico was discovered by Columbus on November 19, 1493, during his second voyage to the New World."  This card has 2 Scott #2024 20c Juan Ponce de Leon stamps, with different cancellations: first day of issue, October 12, 1982, San Juan, Puerto Rico and first day of show, October 12, 1982, ESPAMER '82 Station, San Juan, Puerto Rico.  Card measures 8" x 6".
