Sandipex  - 200th Anniversary of the Settlement of the State of California - 1769-1969, July 16-20, 1969, San Diego, California.  The three Washington, D,C. scenes depict the National Gallery of Art, the United States Capitol and the Washington Cathedral. "This souvenir sheet has been designed, engraved and printed by the skilled craftsmen of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing."  This card has a first day of show (also the first day of issue) cancellation of Scott #1373 6c California Settlement stamp, July 16, 1969, Sandipex Station, San Diego, California.  Card measures 10 1/2" x 8 1/2".
