    "[The Independence Hall] ... rendition was adapted from an original drawing of that imposing structure done by Charles R. Chickering, a Bureau of Engraving and Printing artist. The view portrays the south side of the building as seen from across Independence Square." Card is mint and measures 10 1/2" x 8 1/2".
