    Description

U.S. Department of the Treasury, Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Washington, D.C. Souvenir Card. B15. ANPHILEX '71 Commemorating the 75th Year of the Collectors Club, New York, New York, November 26 - December 1, 1971. "These engravings, especially prepared for this souvenir card, are simulations of the basic designs of the first United States postage stamps, issued in 1847. The full frames shown are a present-day conception extending the detail obliterated by the profusion of lettering and numerals appearing on the original stamps."
    Card is mint and measures 10 1/2" x 8 1/2".
