    Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Souvenir Card B73, issued for the American Stamp Dealers Association show ASDA 1984, held in New York City.
    The card contains a die proof of a block of four of the 8c Tom Sawyer stamp of 1972, Scott 1470 (without the denomination), printed in a combination of offset and intaglio like the original stamp.
    The card has been cancelled at the BEP Visitors Center in Washington, DC on its First Day of Sale.
