    Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Souvenir Card B287, the standard format card issued for the Whitman Baltimore Coin & Collectibles Convention in 2007.
    The card features four engravings:
    - Eagle, Shield and Capital with Boats in the Distance
    - The State Shield of Maryland
    - A die proof of the 3c Francis Scott Key stamp of 1948 (Scott 962), and
    - A die proof of the 4c Francis Scott Key Credo stamp of 1960 (Scott 1142)
