    Description

    Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) souvenir card B156, issued for the World Columbian Stamp Exposition of 1992.
    The card contains two die-stamped replicas of the 15c Landing of Columbus stamp, series of 1869.  The first is a type I (Scott 118), and the second is a type II (Scott 119) with inverted center.
    The card bears a plate number single of Scott 2609, the 29c Flag Over the White House coil stamp, with plate number 2.  It has been cancelled at the BEP Visitors Center in Washington, DC on its First Day of Sale.
