    Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Souvenir Card B1, issued for Sandipex '69.
    The card shows three Washington Scenes depicting famous buildings in the city - the National Gallery of Art, the U.S. Capitol, and the National Cathedral.  These images have appeared on several other souvenir cards over the years.
